It's July and the heat is on!

School is out, it is summer and our routines can be very disrupted. We may feel the pressures of home life being more chaotic and increased demands on our time as we try to fit in more time with our children, vacations, and in the northern hemisphere, increased daylight. In the southern hemisphere, during the winter, it feels as if the days are too short due to the lack of sunlight. The first thing we may have a tendency to "blow off" is our self-care routines, thinking we will pick them up again later. This is where your practice manager can be so helpful. Leave your settings alone and follow them as you have established. Your body, mind, soul and spirit love daily, regular routines. Hang in there!

Thank you for your encouragement Stephanie. I will look forward to hearing more from you in the future. I am working on the "No Stopping You" aliveguide inspired by Guy Finley.
